Joe Biden was asked by a reporter about whether he supported the Colorado Supreme Court removing Donald Trump from the ballot - and he refused to answer, but followed up with a comment indicating that he does agree with their ruling.

“It’s a court case. That’s up to the court,” Biden said to reporters. There was, of course, never any question that court cases are determined by courts.

But he then added “Whether the 14th Amendment applies or not, we’ll let the court make that decision. But he certainly supported an insurrection. There’s no question about it. None. Zero. And he seems to be doubling down on it.”

Colorado’s move to remove Trump from the ballot has drawn condemnation from most of Trump’ primary challengers, and even Biden’s primary challenger, Rep. Dean Phillips, has denounced the move.

That Biden is refusing to comment itself reveals his position on the matter.
