As reports swirl about U.S. munitions amid the war with Iran, President Donald Trump on Thursday rebuked suggestions that the American arsenal was dwindling.
“For the treasonous SCUM that refuses to accurately report on our Military Operation in Iran, we have virtually unlimited amounts of Mid to High Grade Ammunition, far more than we could ever use for this, or for any other War (which is highly unlikely!), that could improbably take place,” the president wrote in a lengthy Truth Social statement.
As the war with Iran hit a six-month milestone just last week, the topic of the U.S. stockpile has been constant, especially as the conflict with the regime remains kinetic. U.S. forces completed a wave of strikes, for example, against the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as recently as September 1, in retaliation for the IRGC’s attempted attacks on commercial shipping in the Strait of Hormuz.
