An unsealed deposition reveals that Jeffrey Epstein is alleged to have once said that ex-President Bill Clinton “likes them [young girls] young.”
The deposition was of Epstein victim Johanna Sjoberg from 2017. Sjoberg said of Epstein "I knew he had dealings with Bill Clinton. I did not know they were friends until I read the Vanity Fair article about them going to Africa together."
She was asked "Did Jeffrey ever talk to you about Bill Clinton?" by an attorney, to which she replied "He said one time that Clinton likes them young, referring to girls.”
Court documents also alleged that Clinton pressured Vanity Fair magazine to not cover allegations about Jeffrey Epstein.
In one email from 2011, accuser Virginia Giuffre discussed selling the infamous photo of her and Prince Andrew with a journalist from Vanity Fair. Giuffre said she had concerns about how Vanity Fair would approach the subject because of influence Epstein had in the past, writing that Clinton once “walked into VF (Vanity Fair) and threatened them not to write sex trafficking articles about his good friend JE (Jeffrey Epstein).”
Vanity Fair editor Graydon Carter has said in response that “this categorically did not happen.”
