World Bank: $236 Billion Must Be Spent in Addition to Current Aid in Order to Rebuild Ukraine

The World Bank is estimating that at least an additional $236 billion must be spent in order to rebuild Ukraine as their war with Russia rushes past its one-year anniversary with no signs of slowing down.
