During a speech about the 30th anniversary of the Family and Medical Leave Act, Joe Biden revealed that of all the women in his administration, more than half of them are women.
"More than half the women of my cabinet, more than half the people of my cabinet, more than half the women in my administration are women," Biden said.

The Biden administration has had trouble even defining what a woman is. Following the success of Matt Walsh’s “What Is a Woman?” documentary, Fox News reached out to a handful of Biden administration agencies to ask them that very question. Those agencies included the Department of Justice, Department of Education, Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the Federal Bureau of Prisons - none of which could provide a definition for the word “woman” despite boasting about how pro-women they are.
To be fair to Biden, the way he garbled his phrasing makes it likely he meant to say that more than half of the members of his administration are women (which would be true). But there is still some truth there, in that fewer than 100% of the women in his administration are in fact women.
